SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

French Payroll | 12-Month Contract | Fully Remote

My client are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a major payroll transformation programme. This role will focus on configuring, optimising, and supporting SAP payroll solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality system configurations.

The successful candidate for this role must be based in Europe for contractual reasons.

For UK candidates, this role is inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, system configuration, and solution specifications.
  • Configure and maintain payroll functionality, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational stability.
  • Deliver system enhancements, manage configuration changes, and support integrations across the SuccessFactors landscape.
  • Support system upgrades and new releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimisation.
  • Champion best practices and maximise the value of the SuccessFactors platform.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years' experience delivering SAP HCM Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors ECP, or comparable enterprise payroll solutions (e.g. ADP GlobalView).
  • Proven hands-on experience with French Payroll (essential).
  • Strong SAP payroll configuration expertise, including: Wage Types, Payroll Periods, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Payroll Functions & Schemas, Payroll Logs.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP payroll solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
